With an investment of 18.5 billion pesos our results to-date have been:

- Restoration of 1,479 hectares of forest wetlands
- Planting of 1,386,460 trees (with an average survival rate of 85%)
- Development of 56 Kilometers of fire breaks
- Construction of 64 Miles of perimeter fencing
- Creation of 720 jobs

Efecto Verde Environmental Fund / The Fund is a nonprofit that aims to benefit society and the environment via the effective allocation and application of financial resources.

In 2008, the Environmental Fund was established for the Metropolitan Zone of the Valley of Mexico with Green Effect, AC. under collaboration with Fomento Ecologico Banamex AC. Its main purpose is to improve the urban landscape by lowering levels of CO2, diminishing the heat island phenomenon via green roofs, and conserving both energy and water. Here's how it works:
