Our Goal
We aim to demonstrate the success of urban green renewal through the ZMVM project and extend that model to other cities that want to thrive in healthy climates. To do that, we’ve enlisted a coalition of architects, engineers, civic planners, corporations and individual citizens who are committed to our vision of effective environmental change. Our hope is that Efecto Verde’s simple but powerful model of green renewal will soon be replicated across urban landscapes worldwide.

Our Idea
The concept is simple but the results include significant air quality improvements, local economic renewals and the creation of green public and private spaces at low or no cost to the public. Our Fund also makes it possible to implement any technology to decrease the environmental impact of development via significant tax incentives.
Who is Efecto Verde For?
Anyone with a rooftop footprint of any size who wants an easy way to renew the environment and fight climate change—from corporations to small businesses to people in their homes.
